Business Improvement Areas of British Columbia (BIABC) is a non-profit umbrella organization representing all BIAs in British Columbia. BIABC is a membership based organization reliant on dues and fundraising for its ongoing activities. Purposed with assisting and promoting BIAs and the BIA movement, BIABC's mission is to demontstrate leadership that will champion strong, vibrant, and successful downtowns, mainstreets and commercial districts throughout British Columbia.
